Opening times for Consular services.

Consular Services requiring payment of a fee will only be accepted between 11.00 and 14.00, Monday to Thursday.
For all other Consular Services, including Emergency Travel Documents our hours remain unchanged. 07.45 to 14.00 Monday to Thursday. Fridays 07.45 to 12.30 (For emergencies)

Opening times for Passport Services
From Monday 23 January 2012 the passport counter will be closed for submissions and enquiries.  All British passport applications should be submitted through secure registered post or courier to the British High Commission in Nairobi.  

Opening hours for passport collections only are:
Tuesday and Thursday 10.00 – 11.00
