The British High Commission, Nairobi develops and administers projects under

• Bilateral Programme Budget a grant facility provided by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and managed by the British High Commission, Nairobi, to provide strategic support to Kenya in priority areas and improve bilateral links between Kenya and the UK.
  
  
• Strategic Programme Fund (formerly GOF) support’s the UK’s international goals. The purpose of the Programme Fund (SPF) is to promote action on global issues in areas of strategic importance to the UK.
  
  
• Conflict Prevention Pool was set up in 2001 to enhance the effectiveness of the UK's contribution to conflict prevention and management. It is run jointly by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the Department for International Development (DFID).
